Building organic growth for an AI video tools platform

An AI-powered marketing platform with a suite of video tools engaged us as their first dedicated SEO partner. We delivered end-to-end strategy, design, development, AI-assisted content production, link building, and distribution inside one of the most saturated categories online — “AI marketing tools.”

The results

From zero search infrastructure to a programmatic engine driving demos and free-trial signups every month — reached within roughly 16 months of launch.

The challenge

The client came to us with a strong product but no search foundation — and several structural barriers stacked against organic visibility.

JavaScript-heavy rendering

A React.js front end that search engines struggled to crawl and index reliably.

No content infrastructure

No blog, no templated landing pages, no scalable way to publish at volume.

Absent backlink profile

Effectively no authority signals to compete in a high-difficulty category.

Saturated market category

“AI marketing tools” is one of the most contested spaces in search.

No author or publishing process

No subject-matter expert network and no editorial workflow to lean on.

Our approach

Phase 1 · Months 1–2

Design & development

We built two core template systems. The first targeted high-intent product searches such as “AI face swap tool” and “video avatar generator” with purpose-built tool pages designed to capture bottom-funnel demand.

The second was an SEO-optimized blog implemented in Webflow, giving the content team full autonomy to publish and iterate without waiting on engineering.

Phase 2 · Months 2–12

Programmatic content

We built an AI-powered content engine that identified hundreds of bottom-funnel tool queries and generated templated pages at a velocity that would have been impossible by hand. Alongside it, we ran an editorial track — hiring subject-matter experts and mapping six-month content calendars to back the programmatic pages with depth and credibility.

Phase 3 · Months 4–16

Distribution & authority

For off-page, we ran a niche-edit link-building program that delivered roughly 10 vetted, relevant links per month — quality over volume in a category where authority is hard-won.

We complemented this with community-led distribution on Reddit, joining authentic discussions in the exact threads where the target users already gather.
